Schedule and Session Management

Tap on the second button in the navigation bar to open the ‘My Schedules’ page. Here, you can view your schedules within selected dates and filter them based on class type.

Edit Existing Schedules: To edit a schedule, click on the three dots next to it and select ‘Edit’. Modify the schedule as needed and save your changes.

Create New Schedule: Click on ‘Add Schedule’ to open the new schedule form.

Fill in details like Session name, session type, dates, times, occurrence, location, and select students attending.
Click ‘Save’ to create the schedule.

Users would be able to view the Pop-up once the schedule has been created sucessfully

Session Management: Tap the first button on the navigation bar to open the ‘My Classes’ page.

This section lets you view and manage scheduled classes, mark attendance, and initiate chats with students.
Use Calendar for Navigation: The calendar feature displays the current month and allows you to explore different dates. Use arrows to navigate months and the clock icon to return to today’s date.

Session Details and Notes: Each class block shows session details including student count and location.

Use the three dots next to a session to add/view notes or manage student attendance. Clicking ‘Add Notes’ opens a window for note entry and sending.

Mark Attendance and Completion: To mark attendance or session completion, simply click on the session and use the provided options to record student attendance and mark the session as complete.
