Student App Profile/Documents/Invoices

In the DriveEZ student app, tap on the profile icon located in the bottom navigation bar. This leads you to your profile page, where you can manage personal information, documents, invoices, and app settings. 

  • Update Personal Information: On the profile screen, you can view and edit your personal details such as name, contact information, and address. Tap the “Edit” or “Update Profile” button to make changes. Ensure all information is current and accurate, then save your updates. 
  • Top bar menu: Users would be able to view the below options on the top bar menu  
    • Invoices  
    • Settings
    • Documents
  • Upon selecting any of the tab users would be redirected to the respective screen.  

Manage Invoices  

Switch to the invoices tab to see a history of your payment invoices 

  • Each invoice will include details such as date, amount, and payment status. You have the option to download or print invoices for your records. 

Settings  

In the settings section of your profile, you can manage notification preferences, including reminders for upcoming classes and payment notifications. Customize these settings to suit your preferences. 

    Documents 

    Navigate to the documents tab within your profile. Here, you’ll see a list of all uploaded documents and certificates. 

    • Manage Documents: Users can view the existing document and upload new ones by tapping the “Upload Documents” button 

    Upload Documents 

    •  Upload Document: Users can Choose the document type, provide a name, and select the file from your device. Confirm the upload to add the document to your account. 
    • Download and Delete Documents: You can download or delete existing documents and upload new ones by tapping the “Upload Documents” button.

When you’re finished using the app, ensure you log out to keep your account secure. This option is typically found at the bottom of the profile or settings menu.
