DriveEZ provides a range of distinct roles within its administrative functions:

Driveez boasts a pleasant user interface featuring bold headings and menu items, ensuring effortless navigation. In addition, we provide a comprehensive help guide that offers step-by-step instructions for all features. Furthermore, users can access helpful instructional videos or read our Help guide to assist them in using the software effectively.

  1. To update your profile settings, go to the top right corner of the website and click on your profile picture.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Profile.”
  3. In the new page, change your settings as desired.
  4. Remember to click on “Save” to apply your changes.

  2. Scroll down to the ‘Payment’ tab in their profile.
  3. Click on ‘Add Payment’.

Yes, click on the three dots next to the session in the ‘My Classes’ section and select ‘Add Notes’. You can then choose the recipient of the note and send it to the selected students.

In the ‘My Classes’ section, accessed by the first button on the navigation bar, click on a specific session to open it. Here, you can mark the attendance of the students who attended the session.

Yes, click on the ‘Add Schedule’ button to open a form where you can input all the details for a new schedule, including session name, type, dates, times, and students.

Use the ‘My Schedules’ page, accessed by clicking the second button in the navigation bar, to view and manage your schedules. You can filter schedules based on class type and edit existing schedules as needed.

Click on the chat button in the navigation bar to access the chat section. Here, you can initiate private or group chats with students, and create new group chats if needed.

Click on the menu option in the top left corner of the app dashboard. Here, you’ll find options to access help or log out of the app.

To log in, open the DriveEZ Instructor app, enter your email and password provided by your driving school, add the name of your school, and click on the orange ‘Sign in’ button.

  • Navigate to the profile section, located as the rightmost option in the navigation bar.
  • Click on “Edit Profile”.
  • Change the required information as needed.

  • Click on the “Activate Account” button across the apron at the top.
  • Enter your card information and click on “Activate” to pay the minimal $10 fee. Note: No card information is saved; it is only used for this one-time purchase.

  • Go to the courses section from the navigation bar.
  • Select the course you want to purchase.
  • Click on “Buy Now”.
  • Enter your card information and then click on “Purchase”. Note: No card information is saved; it is used for a one-time purchase only.

  • Here, you can view your daily schedules.
  • Click on the calendar to view schedules for different days.

Chat with your instructor within the app to request rescheduling your classes as needed.

  • Click on the instructor you would like to speak to.
